Our Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee that all of our work meets the highest professional standards. If any issues arise due to our craftsmanship, we’ll return to fix the problem at no additional cost.

Product Warranties

For parts and materials we install, we honor the manufacturer’s warranties. Whether it’s a water heater, filtration system, or other equipment, we ensure you’re covered by industry-leading warranties on the products we use.

Service-Specific Warranties

We provide warranties tailored to the specific service performed:

• Drain Cleaning Warranty: A one-month warranty covering reoccurring blockages in the cleaned area. If the same drain clogs again within 30 days, we’ll come back to fix it at no extra charge. (Note: This warranty applies only to the cleaned area. New or unrelated clogs are not covered.)

• Water Heater Warranty: A one-year warranty on water heater installations. For eligible units, we’ll also enroll you in 15-year manufacturer warranties when properly installed.

• General Plumbing Work: Depending on the nature of the service, we provide warranty coverage ranging from 1 to 12 months. We’ll let you know the exact terms before starting any job.

• Warranties cover McDowd Plumbing’s workmanship only and do not apply to issues caused by misuse, negligence, or unrelated plumbing problems.

• Manufacturer warranties apply only if the product is properly registered following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

• Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original customer and job site.
